Banana oat milk drink!
Trying to find oat milk boosting recipies and just made this!!!!
Ingredients
1 large or two small bananas
200ml/7fl oz ice cold milk (skimmed if you prefer)
1 tbsp rolled oats (porridge oats)
2 ice cubes
Method
1. Place all the ingredients in a blender and whizz for approximately 1 minute until smooth.
2. Pour into a tall glass and enjoy.
