@Rachel: My guess would be just to put it in the oven at the same temperature as the slow cooker. Does anyone know what that would be? I think I can find out... give me a minute...

Okay, one of my trusty cookbooks says that "High" on a slow cooker is 300 degrees F. So I'd just put it in the oven without preheating it and check on it a little early, just in case. Anyone else have more ideas? I'm not all that familiar with Dutch ovens myself.
