This season the only thing out yet is strawberrys. So I have 6 pints of preserves, 2 quarts of dried, and have about another 6 pints worth left to go on preserves. We are doing peas and cherries next week. Later in the season I'll do blue/black/and raspberries. Also peppers, pickles, tomatoes-sauce, stewed, salsa. Green beans, squash (dried), peaches, apples plum and pears. And corn- but I may freeze that. Oh yea- and pumpkin.
