OH MY WORD! I am eating a warm piece of this right now with a thick vanilla glaze.... (Halleluejah chorus play in the background) These are awesome!
I used 1/2 c. graham flour (cause I just had some left over) 1/2 c. wholewheat and 1/2 c. all purpose. I turned it out like a cake and glazed it while still warm. It reminds me of a really rick, super moist carrot or spice cake (and it smelled like a pumpkin pie while baking.. yummy!)
