More on Coffee Rich....
I know I had already mentioned it, but I just wanted to add that between the soy and the Coffee Rich, the CR is my favorite. The soy adds a slightly nutty flavor. The coconut adds a slight sweet, coconut flavor if you drink the plain one, and to me, it does not mix well with the French Vanilla or Hazelnut. I am OK with coconut flavored coffee if that is what I want, and I like nutty flavor if that is what I want, but the CR just makes my coffee taste like coffee with cream, and that is what I want most of the time.
Coffee Rich is in the frozen section of the supermarket, usually with the frozen fruit or breakfast items. It is hard to find here.
It does have hydrogenated oil, but like I said, a little is worth it to me. It is not like I am eating a donut or poptart or something. Or using it for a cream sauce, although, you could.
Coffee Rich is like the creamer that used to be served in restaurants when I was a child. They were in the little cups with the foil backed lids (now, I think most have coffee mate or half/half. ) I used to drink them.
