I may try the roasted green beans! That has never occurred to me. I roast veggies almost daily but for some reason when I do green beans I always resort to using the steamer.

Tonight we had chili for dinner. It was a bit chili outside and I had black beans and ground beef to use up so it was the perfect choice.
