I use half the tabasco - froze this uncooked for myself postpartum and will just follow the instructions to add the pasta the last 1/2 hour of cooking time

I also froze taco soup and vegetable beef soup. I don't have a recipe for the latter, though--it's just leftover roast and the gravy/broth, V8/beef broth for the base, and as many different vegetables as I can think of/have on hand
