How do you shred your Brussel Sprouts?

Trader Joe's shreds them for me . There are directions for a recipe with balsamic vinegar and bacon on the bag and it's SO yummy!

For the ravioli, I buy chicken/mozzarella ravioli at Costco and the sauce is:

6 T butter
2 T balsamic vinegar
.5 t salt
pinch crushed red pepper flakes
6 T toasted walnuts or pecans
4T Parmesan cheese
Brown butter, remove from heat. Whisk in vinegar, salt and red pepper flakes. Add cooked ravioli. Sprinkle with nuts and parmesan.

It's so yummy!
