Ok, so I made sauerkraut. I've never eaten sauerkraut before, so how do I know if it's done? Also, it turns out that DH thinks it's awful, and DS is afraid of it.
Can I freeze portions of it and retain the probiotic properties? There's way more than I'll eat in a month, I'm sure.
Oh, and suggestions for meals that you would put sauerkraut with would be helpful...
