I've read some about the benefits of eating raw, which the thought of totally raw icks me out in theory, but I love my steak medium rare or well, rare. We've been grilling, and we give it to Elisabeth, she has teeth issues, and what I've read, things, I forget, are more bio-available in raw meat.
