We are moving as soon as I can! It is the same person, I stopped doing early morning and after school child care when he started complaining in early Feb. Before then he was amicable and overly chatty. I thought having no extra kids over would solve the "issue" but then he started complaining about my own kids. My kids don't really stomp in the morning sometimes they skip gleefully if if I have made their favorite thing for breakfast.
The worst part is one time he complained it was when I had a seizure, sorry but that's not kids and it would happen if I was living in my own. Now he has started accusing my kids of throwing things at his car, chipping its paint etc. He parks under a tree and there are squirrels constantly dropping walnuts on it. When my kids are in the yard I keep a very close eye on them. It has gotten to the point we just don't play in the yard any more.
None of the other neighbors are nosy, complain or anything. Most of them are college students who are particularly non morning people. So if we were truly loud or vandalizing property I think one of the other neighbors would say something to me.

I'd take pictures of his car EVERYTIME he parks under a tree. You never know if he might file charges. At least then you can create some reasonable doubt to damage done by your kids. If you happen to get a pic of a squirrel in action, that's even better
