You could make Eazy Brownies, and for even more gooey goodness, add marshmallows in the center. Totally not healthy AT ALL, but you could modify it if you wanted. I've never made them, just came across it googling and now I'm wishing I *could* eat them!

ETA- I just realized I have everything I need to make these GF/DF egg-free. Dude, I'm *so* in trouble.
