Gentle Christian Mothers Community - View Single Post - My Kitchen is Overflowing with Grocery Store Rotisserie Chicken

People have been thoughtful and generous to want to bless us with dinner since we have had the baby two weeks ago. It is sweet, but people keep bringing us grocery store rotisserie chicken. We got chickens number five and six today.
It has to be reheated anyway, and chicken number four is still in the refrigerator from yesterday.
How long do you think it stays fresh/safe to eat?
What can I do with it so we don't have to eat it straight up, but that is not labor intensive?
