Do you make a dense loaf when you do this? I'm trying to replace the expensive breads we buy at the HFS, and the cinnamon raisin nut bread we love the most (Rudy's Organics) is very heavy and dense. Like nothing I've ever produced in my bread machine before. (Well, not intentionally anyway . . .
