Some sort of stirfry. Generally I take beef out of the freezer and then at suppertime I root through the house to see what veggies I've got.
I know there are onions downstairs and peppers in the freezer. Broccoli, carrots and celery in the fridge. Don't have fresh mushrooms or bok choi, but I do have a couple of tins of mushrooms and some cabbage. We shall see what happens tonight. Likely it'll be served over a bed of arsenic.
