No, I've never heard this, but I live in the north and fundamentalism is quite uncommon here.

I would ask the pastor why he holds that view and ask him to explain his understanding if homeopathy. I'm guessing he doesn't understand what it is and the theory of how it works. Herbalist were burned at the stake for being witches in this country not that long ago. If people don't understand something, especially if it works, some just assume they're harnessing the power of evil. I cannot think of a single verse in the Bible that even hints at the notion that Satan's powers can heal people. I think that far too many Christians ascribe powers to Satan that he doesn't have, actually. We have more power than Satan does, one word from us in Jesus' name sends him flying.
