Okay, that sounds bland and boring
Here's what I did...
Heated some olive oil in a cast iron skillet with a few drops of liquid smoke, Essence, onion powder, garlic powder, parsley, and Celtic sea salt for 5-10 minutes.
Sauteed chopped chicken breasts in the seasoned oil, then removed with a slotted spoon.
Added cooked green beans and sauteed until slightly browned.
Combined chicken, green beans, seasoned oil, and cooked, hot, brown rice.
Served to myself and two hungry, growing boys!
