So I know the goal, sine squared plus cosine squared. Every trigonometric identity comes from that one. I had to prove it when I took trigonometry. Since the right side is 1, we know the left is going to be some form of sine squared plus cosine squared. Let me see if I can work it out on paper a bit.

Ok, so I got it to cosA/cosB=1 or cosA=cosB, but that doesn't make too much sense yet.
