I bought some miso recently and have been using it a lot.....I'm loving it! Here are some recipes I've tried the last few days that were all a hit:
Roasted Eggplant Spaghetti with Miso Brown Butter Sauce
Miso Sweet Potato and Broccoli Bowls with Miso-Ginger Marinated Grilled Salmon on top of each bowl.
Tonight we're having this shredded harissa chicken (using her homemade harissa recipe) on top of brown rice with Tzatziki, roasted garbanzo beans, and Persian cucumbers.
