Hmm, I made a batch using a mix of flours including one cup of store bought organic oat flour. It is not the right texture. It did rise (and was left out twice as long to rise as it should have accidentally) but it is not at all stretchy. It seems more like biscuit dough. It made dense breads and then I added milk to some in the blender and made pancakes - not great, but the kids ate them. I also made crackers with some of it - they were ok. I want to use it up - I hate to waste it. Any other ideas of what to do with it?
