I picked up some salt at Costco today (I was out) and decided to stock up on flour. I want to do this as soon as the girls go down for naps but am having anxiety about the fact that A) I don't own a stone, B) I don't know if I own a container big enough to store the dough, and C) I worry that I will successfully ruin what appears to be a rather fool-proof bread.
I wish someone had step by step pictures. Our library doesn't have the book and I'm too broke to buy it.
