Gentle Christian Mothers Community - View Single Post - Does anyone have a method for large batches of eggs?

My kids love pancakes and eggs, but I need some way of cooking more than a serving at a time. The teens and adults can easily eat 3-4 at a time, mostly scrambled, plus a couple for each of the smaller kids...next thing you know, I'm making a full dozen and it takes forever.

Plus, I'd really like to make extras to freeze breakfast burritos, but the time standing at the stove isn't working. Can they be baked, maybe???
