I make mine every morning with:
2 cups raw goat kefir
2 raw eggs
hemp seeds 1 T
flax seeds 1 T
honey, syrup or sucanat 1T
frozen strawberries large handful
fresh peach or other frozen fruit or berries
dash salt
dash vanilla
Blend.....
Not everyone is comfortable with raw milk and eggs so you could substitute something else or leave it out. I also use cashews and soaked amonds at times. Yogurt or milk (rice, soy, almond, cow) would also work well.
