AVOID DAIRY EGGS and nuts since true allergies are with those..
Fix a meat protein and a veggie protein
fix 1-2 veggie dishes
have fruit choices avaiable
add a grain or complex carb
Allow members to take what the choose make a meal to include
a protein
a veggie or fruit
grain/carb
encourage but dont force bites from this... anything else is a plus.
We do a lot of two way dishes.. Like I might steam some broccoli and carrots.. I'll also do a raw salad using both people can choose which or have a bit of booth..
I might make say hamburgers but make 4 with meat and another 4 veggie say
