Re: What to do with a LOT of sour cream
Use it in quiche. (If you make any casseroles, you can add some in to mix things up if it calls for a "cream of soup")
Any flour breads that could use buttermilk can use sour cream.
You can also freeze sour cream if you have freezer space. It will be a little watery when you thaw it, but it is still very usable. I have done this many times in the past.
