Fried foods, tomatoes, anything acidy like oranges, grapefruits, beans. I'm not sure if tofu counts or not.
Coffee triggers it and I'm addicted to that. Hot beverages do so I gotta be careful. Though some herb teas I've done okay with. Chocolate could also trigger the symptoms.
I've used parsley in the past to help and its worked. I'll be getting some of that today for a recipe. I think I should get extra.
