I have GERD (like acid reflux, maybe another name for it?) and it's been pretty bad lately.

Let's just say I have interesting conversations with others, constantly saying excuse me for my constant burps or sometimes trucker-like belches! It's getting so bad I'm bloated all the time and my back hurts from the gas.

I'm allergic to meat and dairy. I'm addicted to potatoes and Italian like food. (pasta!) But I know I need to change. Potatoes are safe, right? As long as it's not french fries...

Any recipes/cookbooks out there for people with GERD?
