i have been completly inspired by all the pretty pictures of yummy raw food, so here is what i made for dinner.
avacado soup, and almond sushi. yummmmmy
avacado soup:
1 avacado
2 tsp miso
pinch sea salt
tspn. lemon juice
3-4 cups water
1/2 tsp minced garlic
1/4 diced tomatoe
blend all ingredients till smooth then top with fresh tomatoe
almond sushi:
1/2 cup almond seed pate'
1/4 of an avacado
pinch sea salt
2 tbls. lemon juice
fresh salad greens
alfalfa spouts
carrots peeled, and sliced into long thin pieces
raw nori paper
mix your pate' together with avacodo, salt, and lemon juice to form a nice sticky filling
place greens on the nori, then put your pate' mixture on the greens....it is sticky so you can form it if you like
put a layer of sprouts, then arrange carrots.
roll, and cut
i cut some oranges to eat on the side, and took the juice of one slice, and squirted it over the sushi, gave it a little tang.....
