We had pizza again last night, since we had leftover ingredients from Friday. I love homemade pizza, don't get me wrong, but I can't have it that often – too heavy. I'm craving ministrone for tonight. I made an AWESOME recipe once, but have since lost it.
It was one of those magical recipes that make a person like foods they don't otherwise like, only because they're in the right proportions (I usually hate summer squash and chickpeas, but they were sublime in this particular soup). I wish I wasn't so scatterbrained!!! Will have to google and see if I can find something similar to what I remember and then send DH to the grocery store after work for anything I don't have.
Either that or salmon.
