I hope it's okay that I get the December thread going. I actually have a plan for a few days and I want to get it out of my head into print.
Last night DH made homemade pizza. (Mine had steak, gorgonzola, and grilled onions.)
Tonight was IP night - Thai Chicken and Coconut rice.
Tomorrow is going to be lamb burgers with whipped feta. Veggie sides TBD. I really wanted to make Dolmades (stuffed grape leaves) with the lamb, but 3 (THREE!!) of my kids said they won't eat it.
This recipe is wonderful, if any of you want to try it. (I typically use less EVOO, but otherwise make this as it is.) I may make a small batch because I have
plenty of lamb, and ...the potatoes on the bottom are scrumptious!
