). Broccoli slaw. Cabbage slaw. My friend makes "mashed faux-tatoes" out of cauliflower. Celery. Parsnips (take the core out and roast). Roasted peppers, onions, mushrooms, and potatoes all mixed together with a little olive oil and salt and pepper.
