My oldest who loves traditions and quality time and little gifts has shaped me and our family for the better

You may find that your child grows and gives you ideas!

Birthdays: They go to Party City and pick out a big,helium balloon. I hang a new tshirt on their bedroom doorknob that they can wear that day. They wear "It's my birthday" pins on their shirt

Valentines Day: They decorate a box together (my oldest completely facilitates at this point) and we make cards for one another. We give each child a small gift or a group gift.
Heart shaped pancakes for dinner with chocolate covered strawberries

I know there are others,but these immediately come to mind.
