I’ve got into the habit of using a packet to make up the sauce/gravy when I’m using the crockpot, as otherwise it’s really watery and doesn’t seem to have much flavour whatever I do. I’d love some tips to thicken the sauce and increase the flavour though, if anyone has any!

Wednesday is pretty much sandwich night. Grilled ham and cheese today I think. I was going to do Reubens but I haven't been to the store and I have regular lunch meat that needs to be used. I might roast some chickpeas with it.
