I made taco soup and pumpkin muffins last night for dinner. It was a perfect pairing. I like a brothy type of taco soup. Most of what I saw online was like chili. I like the broth to soften up the pile of chips I put in the bottom.

1 large can of chili beans
1 can black beans
1 can kidney beans
1 can hominy
1 can fired roasted tomatoes
Cover all of this with unchicken broth.
Cook for awhile to meld flavors. Works great in a crockpot.

Serve with sour cream, avocado, cilantro, fresh lime wedges, tortilla chips, sliced green onions, and radishes.
