I eat eggs - no dairy at the moment. I don't eat meat.
I make sure I get protein in one form or another at every meal
*eggs
*hemp protein powder (only powder I've found with one ingredient - hemp
*sunflower seeds (handful or sprinkled on a salad)
*trail mix (homemade - cashews, raisens, pumpkin seeds is our latest)
YOu could also have
*cheese
*cottage cheese
I also have a VERY yummy vegan dehydrated "cookie" and date bars. My husband thinks they are more like "granola chews." YOu can make them in the oven if you need to. They are TREMENDOUSLY high in protein. I'll find the recipe and post it
