Okay, so I made broth on my stovetop like usual last night. This morning at some point I took out the 3 c. I needed for dinner tonight, put it in the fridge, and then added 3 c. water to the pot and let it keep simmering. I had to take it off the stove after about 19 hrs. total though, because I needed that burner.
So I strained the broth and packed it up but saved the bones and I'm wondering if I can "re-use" them in my crockpot since I didn't get to do the perpetual broth like I was hoping?
