I have added peas and carrots afterwards. Cooked them separate and added. And Ive done veggie broth. I guess I was thinking more along the herb line of thinking.
Almonds is a great idea. I have some slivered almonds from another recipe left. I wonder if it would be better to cook with the rice or just add at the end.
I have raisins but not feeling that nor feeling like salsa/tomato with the fish dish. No green onions on hand. I do have parm cheese on hand. Or rather a 3 cheese mix. But thinking more . . . I dont know. Not cheese flavored though.
Tell me what to add to my rice but Im looking for a very specific something I am craving, but I am not going to tell you what it is (
mostly bc I dont know not bc Im *trying* to be difficult).
