it's a hard question because I eat a lot of the same things that other people eat--just made with different ingredients. Egg replacer and soy milk mean I can eat anything baked or desserty. Lots of things are vegetarian and then that adjustment makes it vegan.
there are a few "meaty" things we eat--being gluten free does away with most of them and we do some tofu substitutes. There is a fantastic vegan restaurant in town called Greens that has chicken-wings made from brown rice and mushrooms
They do hot wings sauce or bbq sauce
we eat salads and rice and . . . beans, vegetable, depends on the cuisine.
