I'll be back later with my butter cookie recipe, which is basically a yummy sugar cookie.
But I also want to say I think the sugar cookie recipe on the package of Butter Flavor Crisco sticks is really really good. You'd use the butter crisco instead of butter or margarine. I heard Crisco has changed its formula to a zero-transfat, and some people say it's making their baking (cakes and cookies, and icings) have a different taste and texture.
Haven't made any in a while. I'll try to post my recipe...it's really simple, just flour, butter, and a couple other things...need to find it.
