I just put a little coconut oil in a bowl and sprinkle on chili powder and paprika (use more of whatever you like...). I try to slice the zucchini about 1/8 thick (I'm horrible at that). then I dip it in the bowl on both sides and put on the tray.
For temp I did 125 b/c that's what it said for veggies but it did take forever. I at first had it on the paper so it didn't make a mess but it wasn't drying that way so put the paper on a tray below it to catch the liquid and then it was much faster. i don't know how long it took, I've only done it once in my nice dehydrator
