I live in West Africa! We can all year round. Different fruit/veg at different times of year. I've just finished the February/March season for peas, tomatoes and things. Then in May/June, we'll have mango jam to make and guava sauce to can!
Sadly, quite a few jars didn't seal for me, but I was able to freeze the contents and the rest seems fine. I'll try to come back and post a picture later.
