O.k.--I was REALLY desperate and threw this together. I ended up liking it very much, so I thought that maybe you would too. I needed something sweet and was about to pull out a box of store-bought cookies (I told you I was desperate), but dug through the pantry. Here's what I came up with:

1TBS raw tahini
1 tsp raw honey
1/2 tsp lecithin (not necessary, I'm sure)
pinch of sea salt
1/2 tsp coconut oil
a few drops vanilla
some dried coconut

I mixed the 1st 5 ingredients together and added coconut till it was as thick as I wanted it (sorry, I can't take a picture cuz I ate it all already

). You can make yours as thick or thin as you'd like. It satisfied my sweet tooth and kept me raw.
