Vegan Butter Pecan 'Ice Cream' recipe
This is from another message board, I just tried it and it was unbelievably good!
2 frozen bananas
a generous dollop of honey
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
a pinch of salt
Toss it all in the food processor and process until smooth (add a tiny bit of warm water to help blend if needed.)
Then add the a small handful of pecans and pulse chop them so they're still chunky.
