But I used Agave Nectar instead of sugar.. the thing is, you have to make the sugar syrup separate from the blueberry juice..then join them together. But the sugar syrup has to get up to 260 degrees.. Well, when using Agave, I was afraid about it scorching, and it was boiling fully for over 10min & was at 248 degrees.. So I stopped it & poured it together with the blueberry syrup

So it tastes really good, but it's not syrup consistency & I don't know how to fix it!! I just used all of my hard picked blueberries
