I'm still waiting on our garden tomatoes. But once they start coming in, we eat them every day, too! There's nothing like a garden fresh, vine-ripe tomato. It just screams summer! (Tomato sandwiches, panzanella, caprese salads . . . . )
We're having zucchini/yellow squash noodles for sure, but I'm not sure what we'll put on top. We've got plenty of basil, so maybe pesto.
I need to go shopping!
