Cabbage is a regular go to in my house! We always have a head on hand.
I LOVE it roasted with olive oil and salt and pepper. We use it as a rice substitute for lots of sauces.
Also shred it for a delicious coleslaw like salad.
You can go through a ton throwing it in to any sort of soup.
