Tonight is turkey pot pie.
It's the last of my Thanksgiving leftovers.
To use them all, this past week I've made:
Turkey soup from the turkey stock and various bits and pieces of leftovers.
Turkey sandwiches for lunch to use the extra gravy, cranberry sauce, and turkey.
Sweet potato muffins out of a leftover baked sweet potato.
Shepherd's pie using the leftover mashed potatoes.
Sweet potato curry using the spare sweet potatoes I didn't bake on Thanksgiving.
Coconut macaroons out of the egg whites left over from the pumpkin custard.
Turkey pot pie to use the last of the turkey, celery, and carrots.
