How much applesauce would be the substitute for each egg? I have unsweetened applesauce so hopefully it wouldn't be too sweet. Although I guess, applesauce is naturally sweeter than egg. I'm willing to try it though. What kind of savory toppings would you put on pancakes and waffles besides syrup or jam? Maybe just butter?
