Well, when I had this problem before it was during our move and I was eating at really irregular times and all junk food. Now I'm on a regular schedule and a bit better food, so I don't know what the deal is.
Breakfast is usually granola with milk. Lunch and dinner vary so much that it's hard to even quantify.
Yesterday I had junk for lunch.
Onion rings and salad. Then supper was migas and squash. Um... I can't really remember before that. But I'm having snacks, too. Popcorn and milk, extra granola, fruit. I had a green smoothie a while ago thinking the sugar would boost me back up, and it didn't at all. I'm having an apple and peanut butter now.
Basically I've been having what the meat eaters are having, but no meat. But I'm adding in cheese or milk or eggs to make up the protein I'm missing.
