I would first try adding a FULL CUP of baking soda to the wash and also fill the fabric softener dispenser with distilled vinegar.
If that doesn't help, this should get the stink out. I haven't had any problems with it damaging anything. It is not a bleach of any kind. The label does state that you can use it with or without clothing in the machine.

ValiantJoy just posted the other day about a product that she loves Hex Stink or something? I'll try to find it.

ETA baking soda is really good at removing body oils from clothing and bedding.
Not just an odor eliminator. So I think that's why I like it so much, it removes the cause, the stink trapped in the body oils.

If you do a search for detergents for performance fabrics (very similar to bra fabric) you will find a few.
Hex Performance Power Odor Fighting
Defunkify Active Wash
2Toms Stink Free
Sport Wash
Baking soda is cheap so it's worth a try.
Also, one other thing I forgot, letting them dry outside, especially in the sun. That's just amazing for getting rid of smells.
